Dance is just
the beginning.
Private coaching for women to stop watching themselves β and start enjoying themselves.
No choreography to memorize. No femininity to perform.
This is a private space to slow down. To reconnect with your body. To discover the movements that already belong to you.
I work with one private client per day.
Why does being sexy have to look like that?
Maybe you've watched a heels class and thought: why does sensuality have to mean putting my sexuality on display? Why do I have to learn someone else's moves to access something that's supposed to be mine?
Maybe the thought of standing in a room with twenty women doing the exact same choreography doesn't make you feel more expressed. It makes you shut down. Not because there's anything wrong with that kind of dance. It just doesn't feel like you.
You don't want to learn how to perform.
You want to know what your expression feels like when it isn't for somebody else.
You want to put on any song and know: how does my body want to move?
You want to stop thinking: Am I doing this right? Do I look weird? What do I do with my hands? Is this sexy enough?
You want to get so lost in your own movement that you forget anyone else was ever watching.
Because you can learn the choreography, nail the walk, perfect the eye contact, learn how a "confident woman" is supposed to hold herself β and still wonder:
but where am I in any of this?
Sometimes learning to perform just makes you better at disappearing.
Exalted Expression starts with you first.
I'm pulling yours out of you.
How your body syncs with the music. Presence that emanates from within you. Walking like a queen. A voice that speaks your truth. Eye contact that doesn't lie. Sensuality that feels like home. Expression that's entirely yours.
The small shifts that change the way you experience yourself when nobody's watching β and the way you carry yourself when everyone is.
Your expression was never missing.
You've just gotten very good at interrupting it.
Watching yourself. Polishing yourself. Shrinking. Preparing. Performing. Deciding how something should look before you've had the chance to feel it.
We interrupt that instead.
She stopped performing and started expressing.
"Tamina doesn't ask you to copy her movement. She pulls your own movement out of you. The choreography comes from your truth. Not hers."
β Monica"I stepped into my womanhood for the first time. If it's authentic for myself firstβ¦ then that's enough."
β Simone TravagliniYour joy. Your emotion. Your sensuality. Your creativity. Your artistry. You.
Then we take away the layers sitting on top of it β the suppression, the shrinking, the polishing, the watching. We find it. We move it. We reveal it.
Because feeling free alone is one thing. Remaining yourself while someone is actually looking at you? Different sport.
And finally, we bring what you've found into your actual life β your relationship, your art, your work, the next chapter you're ready to enter with more of yourself in it.
Six weeks. Six private sessions. One woman at a time.
There is an arc. There isn't a script.
Every experience begins with what you want.
Where are you going? What wants more room? Where do you keep disappearing? What would change if more of you were actually available there?
I hold that context throughout our work together. Then we move through six distinct edges.
The six sessions we move through together.
Your Expression Blueprint
What actually feels like you?We begin with a custom Human Design-informed Expression Blueprint exploration to uncover your natural ways of moving, expressing and being seen. Not another rulebook for who you're supposed to be. A starting point for discovering what's already yours.
And we establish what you want these six weeks to change.
Emotion in Motion
Let your feelings move.Joy. Anger. Grief. Desire. Tenderness. Intensity.
Sometimes I'll ask you a question and your mind gives us one answer. Then we move. I ask again. And your body gives us another. Your body can carry a deeper layer of truth than the story you've gotten used to telling about yourself. We listen to both.
Life Force
Let your sensuality belong to you first.Your sexual energy. Pleasure. Desire. Shakti. Vitality. Aliveness.
This isn't about learning how to look sexy. It's about discovering what sensuality actually feels like when you aren't performing it for someone else. For you first.
Voice
Give what's inside you somewhere to go.Breath. Sound. Voice. Truth.
The sentence you've swallowed. The sound you immediately censor. The answer underneath the polished answer. This isn't about becoming louder. It's about becoming less edited.
The Debut
Now somebody gets to see you. This is the crossing. It's one thing to dance freely alone. It's another to stay inside yourself when your partner is watching, when the camera turns on, when another human being is actually there to receive you.
Your Debut is built around your life β a partner witnessing you, a photoshoot, a performance, an art piece, finally saying the thing. It doesn't have to be public. But it does have to be real. You practice being seen without leaving yourself to manage how you're being seen.
The Next Chapter
Where do you want more of yourself now? What changed? What became obvious? What no longer fits? What dream suddenly feels closer?
And where do you want to bring more of yourself next? Love. Art. Business. Relationship. Creativity. A completely different chapter.
Because freedom in your body doesn't stay in the studio. Who you are changes how you live β and your expression expands what's possible in your life.
Every session is guided, one-on-one.
Some sessions we'll dance. Some sessions we'll talk. Some sessions we'll walk across the room like we're walking the red carpet. Some sessions you'll feel like a teenager singing her favourite song. Some sessions you'll sound like a wild woman screaming in the woods.
I'll ask questions. We'll move. We'll notice what changes.
Because sometimes your mind has an excellent explanation for what's happening β and your body has other plans.
That's useful. We're interested in both.
Freedom is the status quo here.
You'll stop negotiating with yourself. You'll move as yourself. You'll love how it feels to be free inside your body.
You'll become a woman who's met her spirit⦠and lets it dance without chains.
What everyone else thinks⦠becomes an afterthought.
You'll be lost in your own movements. And forget anyone else was ever watching.
She remembered what aliveness felt like.
"I feel like I finally have a pulse again. I came in feeling listless. I've come alive again."
β Carlotta"I was feeling stagnant. Working with Tamina nudged me into a completely new state. I was bored. Now I feel changed."
β Christina"Taking even five minutes a day purely for pleasure brought a completely new confidence into my body."
β Kenya WrightIt's about what becomes possible when you're more at home in yourself.
More intimacy with a partner. A relationship that no longer fits. Creativity, found again.
Their standards change. Their choices change. Their joy becomes visible.
People notice β not because she learned to command attention, but because she stopped abandoning herself when it arrived.
She could feel who she was becoming.
"I don't just believe in my power anymore. I feel it anchored in my body. Now I know I'm the artist I always was."
β Micaela"I don't shrink anymore. It feels like I've reached a new level of unfuckwithable-ness. It feels like coming home."
β Kamaria"This journey gave me the inner masculine structure to hold my feminine. It changed my movement, my relationship, my sex life."
β Tiffany"It was the first time I truly felt myself in my body β as a sensual, sovereign woman."
β Nisha"The biggest shift was committing to being seen."
Dionne
My baseline in dating now is being treated like a queen β and I'm receiving that.
In business I feel clearer on my offerings, more focused, and completely comfortable saying no.
Creatively, I'm allowing myself to explore without sidelining parts of who I am. I care less than I ever have in my life about what people think of my body. I honestly feel like a juicy, delicious representation of wellness.
But the biggest shift is committing to being seen. Even when I feel uncomfortable. Those changes are literally life-changing.
Erika
"I finally know what it means to hold myself."When people look at me β when someone gives me eye contact β I don't get self-conscious anymore. I don't shrink. I stay in my own structure. I hold the connection. I move slower. I feel my own power and genuinely relish in it.
Before this work, so much of what people say about confidence sounded like empty clichΓ©s. None of it meant anything until I actually felt it in my body. It felt like the top half and bottom half of me had never really been connected. Tamina helped me bring them together. That's where the magic is.
I trust myself more deeply than I ever have. My soul always knew. My body just didn't know how to follow. Now it does. I genuinely walk through the world differently.
Monica
"I finally understood there is a place for my expression."Before working with Tamina, I felt completely lost. I was questioning my life, my career, and whether dance even had a place in it anymore.
What made this experience different was that it wasn't about copying someone else's choreography. It was about discovering my own movement voice. Everything began with what was already inside me. From there, Tamina helped shape it into something even more powerful.
Through this process I realized I don't actually want to pursue dance professionally anymore. I simply want to dance. I want to create. I want to perform. I want to share.
Tamina doesn't ask you to copy her movement. She pulls your own movement out of you. The choreography comes from your truth. Not hers.
You can keep waiting until you feel more confident.
But that's usually how another year gets spent preparing to be yourself.
Another night thinking about how you're dancing instead of dancing. Another moment with your partner where you feel something β and edit it before it leaves your body. Another dress in the closet. Another post in drafts.
You don't need more preparation to be yourself. There is already more of you here.
The work is letting her out.
I've spent my career inside movement.
From So You Think You Can Dance Canada to working alongside artists including Lady Gaga, Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber.
I know choreography. I know performance. I know stages. I know what it means to create movement designed to be watched.
Exalted Expression does the opposite.
I'm not interested in making you move like me. I want to know how you move when nobody else gets to decide for you.
Every Exalted Expression experience is private and one-on-one.
For the woman who knows there's more of her waiting to be expressed. The next step is yours to take.

Three Months
Bring more of yourself into the part of your life where you've been holding back.
This is for the woman who already knows where she wants the work to go. Love. Art. Business. Creativity. Visibility.
Maybe you want to be more fully seen in your relationship. Maybe there's a photoshoot in your head, a performance, an art piece, a body of work. Maybe your business is successful, but you're starting to notice how much of you you've edited out of it.
We use what's actually happening in your life β the real date, the real partner, the real project, the real photoshoot, the real conversation, the real room. If you want to create the thing, we create it. If you want to be seen differently in your relationship, we work with the relationship. If you want your work to feel more like you, we find where you've been editing yourself out.
You don't spend three months talking about becoming her. She gets somewhere to exist.
- Three months of private mentorship
- Nine private sessions
- Telegram coaching support between sessions
- Personal practices tailored to what we're working on
- Real situations, relationships and projects brought directly into our sessions
- A real project or experience we bring to life together
"Working with Tamina helped me become more comfortable being seen in my expression β especially inside my relationship. I'm honestly unrecognizable to myself in the way I relate to the masculine now."
β SabrinaOne Specific Edge
Maybe you're preparing for a wedding dance. Maybe there's an event where you want to feel more comfortable in your body. Maybe there's a performance or creative moment coming up. Maybe you simply know: I want Tamina's eyes on this. Bring me the thing.
We'll spend two private hours working directly with it. This isn't Private Studio squeezed into an afternoon. It's liberated expression, for one specific edge.
"I no longer wait for permission to be sexy. Sexy flows naturally through my body now. I don't need to force it or prove anything. I genuinely feel like heaven lives inside me."
β MariamThat's not a scarcity tactic. It's how I work.
I hold a lot of context when I work with my private clients β who you are, what you want, where you're going, what's changing between sessions. I don't stack sessions back-to-back all day. When I'm with you, I'm with you.
So my private calendar has a real capacity.
If you know you're ready, begin. If you'd like to talk first and make sure we're a good fit, we can do that too.
Do I need dance experience?
No. You're not auditioning. You're not coming here to prove you can dance. You're coming here to discover how you move.
Will we talk? Will you ask me questions?
Yes. Sometimes your mind gives us one answer. Then we move and your body gives us another. We're interested in both.
Will I learn choreography?
Not in the traditional sense. We may find movement, shape it, repeat it or build something from it. But the source is always you.
"The choreography comes from your truth. Not hers." β Monica
What if I'm awkward or self-conscious?
Then that's where we begin. You don't need to become comfortable enough to work with me. The discomfort gets to come too.
What should I wear?
Something you can move in. Something that feels like you. No heels required. No dancewear required. You don't need to dress like somebody else's idea of a feminine woman.
Is this online or in person?
Both. Private Studio, Mentorship and Immersion are available online. In-person sessions take place privately in Toronto.
Which experience is right for me?
If you're thinking "I want to stop watching myself and discover what actually feels like me" β begin with Private Studio.
If you're thinking "I know where in my life I want more of myself to show up" β choose Private Mentorship.
If you're thinking "There's one specific thing I want help with" β book Private Immersion.
Can we talk before I commit?
Yes. This is intimate work. If you're considering Studio or Mentorship and want to make sure we're a good fit, let's talk. We'll look at what you want, where you're going and whether this is the right space for it.
Every woman arrives with her own story.
Every woman leaves with more of herself.
You don't need to invent her.
You don't need to perform her.
You don't need to become better at looking feminine, confident, sensual or expressive. You don't need another woman to show you how to be a woman.
We're going to find the one who's already there when you stop watching yourself.
The movement, the pleasure, the voice that belong to you. The truth, the artistry, the aliveness that's been there all along.
Freedom to be yourself doesn't end with feeling better in your body. It gives the gifts inside you a way to be seen.
I work with one private client per day.
