My sureness as a woman has evolved. Before,  I was always a people-pleaser, shifting into auto-pilot any time I had to deliver or execute anything. Tamina changed that. I’ve been able to build my own agenda, my own personal collection of experience. I was able to get to know my soul and my voice.

Tamina taught me vocabulary that aided me in that journey of finally seeing myself in full capacity. I learned how to take ownership of myself and my spirit as a woman.

 I experienced a profound Clarity that I didn't even expect to come. My purpose came to me in words and  in a vision. That Clarity actually also brought with it, an energy, fire, desire, and a motivation to get started and to walk that path.  I brought that energy to my job and I pitched a new purpose aligned position to my boss and got a positive response, and resources to develop my craft.

 I feel excitement and possibility opening in front of me as I take steps towards fulfilling my purpose.

I love that it was not like anything i had ever done before. God and i looooved Tamina's embodied exercises that brought out my wild! My SASS! I LOVE to dance. Tamina showed us how to tap into that raw wild energy inside and let it out! Physically and vocally! It was so freeing. 

Finding my creativity is one of the things i personally had been struggling with, as well as feeling the courage to try, Tamina gave me the opportunity and helped guide me to go for it and let go of the reservations. Her unwavering and honest encouragement and genuine care to help us come home to ourselves and own our inner fire and power was undoubtable.
