Sometimes we work with breath, voice, emotional expression or sexual energy. Often all of those things intersect. What remains consistent is that this is participatory work. You aren't sitting there collecting information about yourself.
No. Tamina is not a therapist and this is not mental-health treatment. This is embodied expression and presence work. We are working with how you experience, express and carry yourself β€” not diagnosing or treating psychological conditions.
Possibly. Knowing why you hold back and experiencing yourself not holding back in the moment it usually happens are different things. This work is much more interested in the second. If you've done substantial inner work but still recognize the handbrake in your body, relationships or expression, there may be work here for us.
Good. This isn't dance training. Movement gives us a way to work with expression before your mind has had time to manage it. Ridiculous movement is welcome. So is awkwardness. Nobody is grading your technique.
Cock Church works with sexual energy as life force. Not simply sexual performance. We explore what changes when desire, hunger, power and sexuality are neither suppressed nor performed, but experienced and integrated in your body. The aim is not "more sexuality."
