THE SCENE:

You're in a room.

Someone asks what you do.

And something happens — the thing that always happens. You give the version. The safe one. The one that's technically accurate and lands completely flat. The one that gets a polite nod instead of tell me more.

You walk away with no new clients. No follow-up. No one asking how to work with you.

And you can't figure out why. Because you're good at what you do. You know you're good at what you do.

The problem was never your work.

It was the introduction.

WHAT IS 'WELL, DAMN'?

Well, Damn. is a 90-minute live experience where you stop rehearsing your introduction and start feeling what it's like to speak about your work in a way that gets you hired.

You'll step into the center of the room — unprepared, unscripted — and introduce yourself.
And something will happen.

A knowing will wake up in you. You'll start speaking and letting go at the same time. You won't know what you're going to say next — and it will come out more powerfully than anything you ever prepared.

The room will respond. You'll feel it. The ahas. The yeses. The energy shifting toward you.

And you'll realize for the first time that the introduction that gets you hired was never something you had to prepare.

It was always just you — fully present, fully yourself — letting that speak.

WHAT HAPPENS:

 ✔︎
She Knew Her Pattern

Before you can own the room, you need to know how you've been leaving it. You'll identify the specific visibility pattern that's been breaking your presence right before the room can feel you — the exact reason people admire your work but don't move toward it. Named. Specific. Yours. This is the moment you stop wondering why your introductions don't land and start understanding exactly what to do instead.

✔︎ She Moved Different

A dance-based activation that wakes up the electricity you've been managing instead of using. You don't need to be a dancer. You need to be in your body. By the end of this sequence, the part of you that's been holding back — the aliveness, the magnetism, the thing that makes people stop and pay attention — has already started to move through you. Before you've said a single word.

✔︎ She Said It

You introduce yourself to a partner. Unprepared. Unscripted. No script, no notes, no premeditated version. Just you, speaking about your work, in real time, to a real person. You practice the exact moment that used to make you nervous — the moment someone asks what you do and you feel the pressure to get it right — until you speak. Instant mic drop.

✔︎ Well, Damn.

Three women step into the center of the room. The rest of the room witnesses. Tamina gives live, direct feedback on exactly what she felt, what the room experienced, and what shifted in the moment the woman spoke. You learn as much from watching as from doing. This is where you start to feel what it means to conduct a room — to impact the people in it through the subtle differences in how you show up — without ever performing, without ever leaving yourself.

✔︎ She Knew What Was Next

You'll leave knowing exactly where you are in your Paid Presence journey — and what the next step looks like if you want to keep building this.

WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH:

  • The name of your visibility pattern — and exactly how it's been costing you clients in the moments that matter most
  • The felt experience of giving an introduction that gets people asking how to work with you — in your body, not just your head
  • Live feedback on what your presence actually emits when you speak about your work — what the room feels, not what you think they feel
  • The ability to walk into any room and introduce yourself without premeditation — and have it land more powerfully than anything you ever rehearsed
  • The knowledge of exactly what to do next to keep building this — your Paid Presence

WHAT SHE SAYS AFTER:

"I knew it with words before. Now I know what it means through my actual experience."

"I didn't know what I was going to say. And it came out more powerfully than anything I'd ever prepared."

"I walked in nervous. I walked out feeling like myself for the first time in a long time."

THIS IS FOR YOU IF:

✔︎ You've given your introduction a hundred times and it still doesn't feel like you.

✔︎ You know what you do — you just haven't found the way to say it that makes people lean in and ask how to work with you.

✔︎ You're tired of leaving rooms having given the safe version of yourself — and knowing the real one stayed home.

✔︎ You want to feel what it's like when the room goes quiet because of what you said. And then the silence breaks. The room goes — well, damn. And you're the one they're surrounding to work with after the event ends.

MEET
TAMINA PARIS

Tamina Paris spent 7 years as a dancer for Lady Gaga — two world tours, award shows, the Super Bowl halftime show, Las Vegas residencies. She creative directed and developed Queen Priyanka's Devastasia World Tour.

She was the first female hip hop dancer chosen on So You Think You Can Dance Canada's inaugural season. She showed up in her sleep headscarf and got picked.

She has spent her career studying one thing: what happens when a woman stops managing how she's perceived and lets her actual presence work for her.

That's what she teaches now.
